Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment has processed, provided the items you ordered are in stock. You will receive a confirmation email from us when the order is received, as well as when it was shipped. If an item is backordered, or are out of stock we will contact you and let you know the status of the product.  You can read more on our customer service page.

Q: Is a signature required for delivery?
A: All orders
over $500 will require a signature for proof of delivery. If you would like to waive the signature required for your package, please contact us directly to order.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: of course wants you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied please contact our Returns department at to arrange the return. We offer refunds or store credits on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and in unused, new condition.

Q: What about damaged or missing packages?
 We take enormous care on packaging our beautiful products, so they arrive in perfect condition. KarinaNYC is not responsible for damage that occurs due to mishandling of our packages by shipping companies such as UPS, or errors they may make in delivering your product. Any issues of damage caused during shipping are the responsibility of the respective carrier, and you should contact them directly:

Q: How do I track my order?
We automatically send email confirmations with information when we receive your order, and provide a shipping information email when your order ships, which includes the tracking number or your package.
