This is, without a doubt, THE best and most healing moisturizer I have ever tried. What my skin has experienced in a week (first trying a sample and then IMMEDIATELY ordering a jar) could honestly make me cry happy tears. I have spent thousands of dollars on skincare over the past 5+ years looking for a cream (and other products) that my skin responds this well too. It calms, it glides, it absorbs yet leaves an incredible skin-like, plump looking sheen, and ever so light film on the skin that is not greasy AT ALL; you just know that the skin is protected. Honestly, if you have ever touched a baby’s skin, that is exactly what my skin now feels and looks like with this Creme applied, so it is definitely appropriately named. It’s hard to describe it, truly, and if you’ve never tried it and are seeking a healthy and plump look and feel to the skin, this is it. I pray BR doesn’t discontinue this formula now that the VG version is available. While I’ve only used Lait cleansers and P50V 1970 before, this took the spot of the best BR product that I’ve ever used (and it’s hard to beat p50s and their cleansers). It certainly convinced me to finally try BR serums, masques, etc. as well and I hope they’re all as effective as this little magic jar of skin happiness. It *may* be a bit too much for my 40+, normal leaning dehydrated skin as the weather warms but will absolutely be THE creme I use in Fall/Winter and I will always use it as a thin base layer before my 2x/week Tretinoin application. My skin doesn’t love Tretinoin and it’s been quite the 5 year journey of wanting to ditch it altogether, but this Creme just gave me hope and reminded of me of the healthy and happy skin I once had before I fussed with it so much. This brand seriously changes skin…and I’m not speaking in hyperbole.
