Q: What is KarinaNYC’s return policy?

A: We know that you will love the products we provide, your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund on all goods returned to us within 14 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused condition.

Q: When will you ship my order?

A:Orders of in-stock items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days from receipt of your order. You will receive a confirmation email from us, as well as an email from us if items are on back order or are out of stock.

Q: How are damaged or missing packages handled?

A: Once we have shipped your order, it is the responsibility of the UPS. KarinaNYC is not liable for issues with UPS, lost packages, or damage caused during shipping. If you should have issues with UPS, we suggest you contact their customer service department at www.ups.com. KarinaNYC will be happy to provide all the required information needed in the rare event that a claim needs to be filed with UPS.

Q: How do I track my KarinaNYC order?

A: You will receive an email from KarinaNYC with information on your order, which will include a tracking number. From there, you can track your package at www.ups.com
